Riddle graduated in 1978 from the University of Texas, at Austin, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radio-TV-Film. Since then he has worked in recording studios, in the producion of radio and TV commercials, industrial films, & multi-media presentations. In the convention industry, he has served in both technical services, and as a national meetings coordinator. For the last 10 years, he has been President of Sound Solution. During that time, he has provided recording, duplication, sales & distributiuon services directly for national associations. He has also developed, tested, and put into production, computer systems to provide order forms, recording schedules, cassette labels, and on-site sales systems. The sales system is now one of the most accurate, and fastest, in the industry. Current projects include: Audio, video, & CD-Rom production (integrating sound, video, slides, and text) from live presentations. The Development of "continuing education credit" quality CD's, distributed in quarterly, or monthly magazine format, is the ultimate goal. He has also set up an Internet site for Sound Solution. This will provide a link from an association's homepage to their order form on Sound Solution's homepage, providing the ability to order sessions by e-mail. The ultimate goal is to have the order form on the net BEFORE the convention. An association member will then be able to place an order from his/her hotel room, then stop by the sales desk merely to pick the cassette tapes up. This will help minimize on-site customer lines and delays.
