Convention Services

In conjunction with the associations sponsoring of annual conferences, symposia, or meetings & exhibits :

• We provide on-site recording, duplication, and sales services at convention centers and major hotels across the nation. Our goal is to provide the best quality possible.
  
• We provide computer systems for pre-production of recording schedules and order forms, cassette labels, etc. We also provide on-site computer sales systems for credit card purchases, accurate receipts, and computer records of purchases.

  During the rush of sales after a session is over, our computer systems can process the transaction quickly to help avoid long lines & long waits for the members to receive their tapes.
  

• We provide the association with on-site & monthly commission reports. This also includes a breakdown, by session, of all sales. Annual reports can also be generated to show complete sales by session. This is a great tool for speaker evaluation.
  
• To increase the speed and accuracy at the sales desk, new applications are being developed to upload names & addresses into the system directly from convention EXPOCARDS, etc.

Mail Order Services

Our computer systems provide fast, accurate, professional services post show:

• To provide a quicker turnaround for on-site and post show mail orders, computer printed invoices, address labels, and computer sales reports are used.
  
• Camera ready order forms for association magazine advertisement.
  
• To help increase sales, mailing lists (from last years sales) are available for direct mailing of order forms from this years convention.
  
• We provide internet order forms for e-mail orders on-line, and direct links to the association's homepage, for easy access by your members.
